Returns & Exchanges

At Gravel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fit; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
